Our school is an Arts-Magnet school.

Our students benefit from year-round instruction and are engaged in learning through arts integration across the board in all subjects. They go to special classes, including Art with a certified Art Teacher, and Keyboarding, where they learn to read, write, play and compose music on the keyboard.

My Project

My students need an iPad with case and an Apple TV. The iPads will provide students with exciting and engaging materials to help them grow in reading, social studies, science and math through various apps. Students are motivated by technology and it is a means to keep students moving forward in their learning.

Our school has a dedicated staff, supportive parents and driven students.

However, we do not receive a lot of funding for technology. Our computers in our classrooms are "dinosaurs." The iPads in the classroom will allow me to utilize technology, without relying on outdated computers.
