I teach a class of hard-working first-grade learners in rural Wisconsin. They are enthusiastic learners and absolutely love all forms of technology. Our school has high poverty and a growing ESL population. These emerging learners will grow tremendously during their first-grade year, and another iPad will help them develop their educational skills. Teaching involves creative and innovative methods to capture a child's attention and ingrain the love of learning. If students love school, nothing can hold them back. My students put a smile on my face every day and make teaching the most rewarding experience of my life.

My Project
The love of learning is such an important part of the school, and to make learning a joy at an early age is ever so important.
Another iPad will enable us to have access to millions of educational apps.
There are many free book titles available that will allow us to expand our classroom library. There are activity pages to help aid their reading comprehension. There are apps available that will make science, social studies, art, music, reading, and math come alive. Already purchased apps can be downloaded for free on additional iPads. My students love working on an iPad! Your donation is going to make a difference in how students think about learning! Thank-you for helping me to reach all students!
