Help me give my students these iPads to do amazing things in our library. Our iPads are showing their age and are not able to update apps we use.

My Project

One of the things my students love best about our library is the exciting learning activities they do on our iPads. Whether they're reading eBooks, learning to write computer code, enjoying a variety of learning games, or accessing their schoolwork in their Google Classrooms, our library iPads get put to use! Unfortunately, they are showing their age and are unable to keep up with our learners and the latest apps. We can not download newer apps for learning and we are also unable to update the older iPads.

The more technology we can get for our library means more opportunities for students to get ready for future learning.

Without these iPads, it is difficult for my students to access these fun and engaging resources.

There are so many great ways to use iPads in the library! From eBooks and apps to read fiction and non-fiction, to apps like Chatterpix and Book Creator to create cool projects, and access coding games with Dash and Dot and others. These iPads would allow all students in the library to create and learn in innovative ways.

Also having access to so many titles at a touch of a finger will help develop my students' love of reading. They will be able to build on what they learned about our visiting authors when using the iPads to do research on the author and their works.
