My Students

I am a 3rd-grade math and science teacher in Helena, Alabama. I teach two classes, a total of 45 amazing students. The love that my students have for math and science grows daily. They amaze me every day!

I always look forward to beginning new units, or introducing them to new activities and technology.

They make teaching fun!

There are infinite possibilities to bring the students love for technology into my lessons, but I have to have the resources to be able to achieve this.

My Project

More classroom iPads will put us one step closer to becoming a 1:1 classroom! I have so many ideas that could enhance the love that my students have for learning! They are living in a digital age, so I want to make sure that my classroom is keeping up with the demand. I cannot wait to create still motion animations to create a weather forecast during our weather/climate unit! The students will learn so much more through experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime. Having iPads also opens up the possibility of using robots, such a Spheros, in our classroom. Help me ensure that the students will have a memorable 3rd grade year! Thank you so much for all that you have already done for my classroom and my students! It would not be possible without you all!
