My Students

I have a classroom full of excited third graders that are ready to learn every day. Students in my class are full of life and generate new ideas all day long, and are always wanting more out of their learning.

Being the creative third graders that they are, my students would greatly benefit from ipads for the classroom to be used in a center for reading, math, and a variety of other areas.

These ipda will help the students become more successful in this 21 century learning environment we all live in.

My Project

Having these iPads in the classroom will allow us to use technology with our flexible seating. They will give the students opportunities to learn, research and complete work in a variety of locations around the room and not just at the computer table.

These iPads will allow my students opportunities to explore, and grow as 21st century learners.

The first way we will use these iPads in the classroom is for research across all subjects. For example, there are so many apps out there that make science interactive. Math is also made interactive with games and fact memorization games and there are language arts apps that will help my English learners as well.

My students are always looking to explore new ways of learning and with the available apps, there are endless opportunities to explore and expand learning and excitement in the classroom.
