My students need iPads to do all the things that will make them successful in this 21st century learning environment. I am trying to do more activities that involve technology.

My Students

I have an exceptional group of students every year that excel in their learning. I want my students to have more opportunities to succeed. I would like to teach them through many different avenues.

I teach in a school that is 100% economically disadvantaged.

Many of the students beg to stay at school because they love to learn. This is what I want for my class. I want my students to love coming to school, and I want to make learning fun and exciting for them as well.

My Project

I have worked hard to provide as many different ways for my students to learn in my classroom. The students have a great desire to work hard and learn new things. My students work in learning centers in the classroom, and to make that work the best way possible, I would love to have some iPads for my classroom. I have seen how much the students grow by using tablets in many different ways, so I would like to provide more ways for students to learn. I am wanting to use them for a listening center, where they can listen to a story being read to them, I want to use them as a way for students to access books that we don't have in our classroom, and I would like to use them as a place for them to work on educational websites that help them grow.
