My Students

My students range in age from 6 to 7 years old, with a variety of ability levels and learning styles. They come from a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and experiences. Having a safe, fun, and comfortable place to come and learn is a top priority for me as their teacher. Each and every day, my students enter the classroom ready to learn with big smiles on their faces. They are motivated to make each and every day a great day for themselves.

My Project

My students need iPads and Osmo starter kits to enhance their hands-on digital learning in the classroom. This tool will help my students throughout the day with not only STEM skills, but with literacy skills too. It will also promote problem solving, self-expression, and collaboration.

I believe having access to Osmo will allow my students to be creative and fun while learning independently.

I am always looking for ways to keep my students engaged throughout the day while I pull small literacy and math groups. iPads and Osmo is a great incentive for my students quickly jump into hand-on learning while practicing spelling and math skills with instant feedback.
