Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

At my school, we believe all students deserve the best education possible. We work hard on a daily basis to assure that we are taking advantage of all resources available to assure all our scholars have easy access to what is being taught. My school is a Title I school located in the heart of the South Bronx.

At my school, we believe our students' zip code will not determine their outcome.

Every day, we work hard to make sure they are thinking smarter and pushing themselves to do things they never thought they could. Our basketball team deserves to have the best equipment in order to be successful in their team efforts.

My Project

At our school, we believe that targeted interactive small group instruction will help our scholars progress academically. Within my classroom, I have been looking for ways to make our small group instruction come to life. With the iPad, Pro scholars will be able to actively participate in the lesson from anywhere in the classroom! Scholars will also be able to make and edit videos to share what they have learned and so much more. This iPad Pro would provide endless educational opportunities. We have a community of many different learners and the iPad Pro will help me to reach each of them.
