My students need a classroom iPad for enriched learning. There are many educational apps to download that help teach the students reading and math while I am working with other groups.

My Students

My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything. My students come from a variety of different backgrounds and go through many different struggles in their lives. Despite so many hardships for many of my students, they are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful one day.

My Project

My students need a classroom iPad for enriched learning. There are many educational apps to download that help teach the students reading and math while I am working with other groups. This Ipad will go with our Osmo genius kit that was one of our funded Donors Choose projects. This iPad will replace me as a teacher for the students who are not working in my small group during math and reading center rotations. I plan on downloading apps for various math and reading practice skills, which would allow me to have activities for both my highest performing and most struggling students.
