This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are each very special and unique in their very own way. They are always smiling and eager to learn. Each day they bring a smile to my face and there is never a dull moment in my classroom.

They love to be acknowledged in the hallways and like to interact with their peers throughout the school day.

Our campus always makes sure that my students feel included and involved. It is a really great environment to be around.

My Project

Technology is an important component for learning. Our classroom is in need of an ipad.

There are so many amazing academic apps that can be used to help students learn.

ABC mouse is a great example. This program could be used with an ipad. This would be a great resource for my students to use during reading centers.

There are also so many free academic apps that can be used during student choice time. Some of these include matching, learning colors, phonemic awareness, shapes and numbers.

Technology is a must. We hope to add this resource to our classroom.
