My students need an iPad to practice math skills through various apps.

My Students

Steve Jobs said that the pad would revolutionize education and I have to agree. There are countless apps in the app store that are perfect for students to use in and out of the classroom.

My students are part of a pre-k to 6th grade building that is a Title I school.

We currently have approximately half of our students receiving federal aid in some way. My school is located in the third largest district in the state. As you can imagine this means that we have to stretch our funding pretty thin.

My Project

My students will use this iPad to help sharpen their mathematical skills. We will have various apps downloaded as well as online websites that can be accessed through the iPad. My students will also be able to use the iPad to research mathematical concepts and topics relevant to what we are learning about.

With your help and donation we can make this project a reality for my students.

Technology is a creative way to enhance and gain students interest. This iPad will allow my students the opportunity to use sources other than the textbook.
