My students need 16 tripods and 13 iPad tripod mounts to create movies about their STEM learning.

My Students

My students have discovered a love for filmmaking. They love to create movies to show their understanding for math, science, and language arts activities.

The students at our school are motivated and excited learners.

They are excited to come to school every day and love the community our school has created. The school they attend is a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) school. Students are used to a hands-on approach to learning opportunities and have loved creating presentations to share their learning.

My Project

Students will use the tripods and iPad mounts to create movies of their learning. Students will be able to create documentaries, personal narratives, commercials/ persuasive, or summaries of science, math, and language arts lessons. Students will work with peers to collaborate and learn social skills of team work, communication, and compromise.

These materials are going to engage students in their learning.

They will allow students an opportunity to share their learning and publish it so that peers, and school community can support them in their learning.
