We have a new little girl from Puerto Rico!
Could you imagine leaving your home and school to relocate where you don't know the language? My new little girl got displaced from Puerto Rico to Florida by Hurricane Maria.
An iPad would help her learn to read and do math, as well as learn to speak English.

My Project
Could you imagine losing everything to a hurricane? Then, relocating to a new country. My new student just did that. She's 6 years old. Displaced by Hurricane Maria, she moved to Florida from Puerto Rico. She doesn't know English.
Little girl needs an iPad!
My new little girl has a long way to go to learn English and her Kindergarten skills. An iPad would be just the thing for her. It would help her learn her alphabet and numbers, as well as English. Also, we need printer ink to print out meaningful worksheets to help her learn. It takes a village to raise a child. Thank you for being a part of our village.
