Help me give my students a fresh new rug for story time, a chess corner, and supplies for an organized, inviting library!

My Project

Our PK-5th grade library hosts 450 students per week. We read stories, extend our classroom learning with integrative and collaborative activities, and we offer book check out.

Because the environment created in kid spaces is very important, and a soft new rug will create a cozy, inviting place for enjoying our weekly story time.

Due to fire safety codes, the we need specific brands of textiles in our spaces, and I'm grateful to have found one here that will be large enough to fit a class of up to 30.

Further, we have many young chess enthusiasts at our elementary, and I would like to set up a space for them to practice their strategy during choice times.

Lastly, I would love to replenish supplies for creating engaging displays and bulletin boards, as well as supplies for organization and efficiency. On behalf of our elementary and all of its students and staff, thank you for supporting our library!
