Help me give my students high interest books to read! I have chosen tons of leveled books and collections that they will love to read. These book collections will be able to be used year after year.
My students are amazing learners who crave education and hands-on experiences. My students are neighborhood kids who represent the community of the school. My students are from culturally and linguistically diverse populations. They are attending an inner city public school, where too often there isn't funding to supply projects like these. Please donate and help create a better learning atmosphere for our students.
My students are Rockstars!
They are growing and learning in the same small, tight knit, school community that inspired me to be a teacher. They are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. They are mini inspirations to themselves and others around them, even if they don't know it yet. They are budding ambassadors, world travelers, scientists, entrepreneurs, teachers. They are our future and I want to give them a great start to their long successful career.
My Project
Recently my students have had empty leveled reading bins. The books I have chosen are needed to fill these bins so that my students can read and enjoy books at their levels. These books are so essential to my students growing their reading brains.

The beauty of books is that they are for everyone! Once a week every student book shops for their "just right" books. When my bins are empty, kids often have to read below grade level books. Please consider investing in my kids!
