My Students

My new group of 2019-2020 third grade students is always on a quest for knowledge! I have 22 bright, inquisitive, and technologically savvy young minds that love to learn.

They each bring a unique set of reasoning skills to discussions and research.

It is amazing to watch these young minds delve into exploring new topics. As a teacher, there is no better reward than seeing my students able to traverse through information on their own and seeing light bulbs go off.

My Project

My students NEED technology at their fingertips every day to be successful learners. Our day starts off and ends with technology. We only have two computer times a week, and between those, we use the five computers we have in our classroom.

My class of 22 students needs to share five laptops!

That means each students most likely will not get to have a computer to themselves in class.

Having an extra computer would allow for more access and time to investigate the world around them. Also, the lock/charging station will make sure it stays in class for my students to use.
