This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

One thing I've noticed about my kids is their constant need to explore with their hands. They love touching all supplies in my room. Crazy, right? At 5? Kidding! That's all kindergarteners do -- explore! I want to give them more opportunities to build and create. These materials will allow their creativity to flow in a tactile way.

Help my kids discover engineering and creative building through these materials!

They love using LEGO kits, so this is the next step up. I know with the last year or so their creative juices might've struggled to flow, but I know they've got so many sparks in those brains. I want to show them all the opportunities!
