My Students

I have never met a more caring and compassionate group of 4th graders. Their excitement for both school and learning is contagious. They are taking their learning into their own hands and diving in full force.

This year the students have really taken their learning and owned it, they have challenged themselves and their classmates.

They push their limits and are always striving to do and be better.

Our school houses grades K-4, we are a very diverse building and accepting of all students regardless of differences. We look for ways to differentiate the student learning and keep the classroom an engaging and risk taking place.

My Project

My classroom is full of very spunky fourth graders, they love to talk and joke around until it comes to answering questions. Immediately they start to get shy. The same students raise their hand to participate.

The Qball would allow the students to participate interactivity through any lesson.

Many times students are more engaged when they are working with partners, cutting and gluing or even doing project based assignments. With the Qball my students would be able to be engaged through each lesson, even those as simple as question and answer. Not only would this help with student engagement but it would also allow the students to be able to hear those that speak with a quieter voice.
