This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

When I am standing in front of my classroom and I see the faces in front of me I am instantly inspired. The district that I teach in is filled with students who face much adversity. Each day when they walk through my door they choose to break through the wall of difficulties that are waved over them.

What inspires me most about my classroom is my students desire to better their circumstances.

The effort that they put into becoming better readers and deeper thinkers is something that is unmeasurable.

My Project

My mind is going wild thinking of all the possibilities that more technology can bring to my classroom. Most of my students do not have exposure to technology such as an iPad. This type of technology will excite the minds of my early readers and encourage more participation while keeping them focused.

I believe my lessons would be richer, and understanding would be deeper through the use of interactive games and lessons.

Motivation would increase through the use of this technology, therefore leading to more growth within my classroom. The possibilities are endless with the use of this iPad in my students hands.
