My Students

In our third grade classroom, we love to learn, play, serve and have dance parties! We can always be caught doing hands-on projects that allow us to get creative and messy. Our preferred place to learn is outside the walls of the school when the weather agrees! Beyond core subjects, we also focus on work skills such as punctuality, penmanship, and a good handshake.

My kiddos from rural Wyoming are the true definition of hard-workers!

They aim to please and always put their best foot forward. They come to school daily ready to face new challenges, develop a variety of skills, and love those around them, despite what challenges they may be facing at home. They truly inspire me daily to live life to the fullest.

My Project

The IPEVO IW2 Interactive Whiteboard System turns any flat surface into a touch screen. This tool works a lot like a SmartBoard at a fraction of the cost. Images, websites, worksheets, or anything that can be projected becomes interactive and easily accessible.

This tool allows students to become immersed in their learning, putting new ideas right at their fingertips.

With the IPEVO IW2, my students will be able to solve math problems using digital manipulatives. They will have the opportunity to see storybook characters displayed larger than life. With this tool, students can interact with maps of the world and go on virtual field trips- all on the classroom wall. When ideas can be presented in a new, interactive format, students become more engaged in their learning.
