My Students
Students lack the application of their fundamental knowledge in math and science. Students know how to solve multiple choice problems, but have trouble taking that knowledge to the real world.
The imagination of children create some of the most prolific solutions to problems for their generation.
They love to create those solutions when given the opportunity.
I try to create projects for them to solve that will have meaning for them in the future. Help me make that a reality everyday for these kids that otherwise have no other opportunity to explore the world around them.
My Project
My students get to do a very special STEM program in my class. The materials I requested will allow them to have a portable interactive white board that can follow us as we do our different experiments. It will allow them to collaborate with other groups, seek help when needed, and visualize their ideas.
Students will be able to see all the drone footage via an HDMI monitor, that I will provide, and be able to take their interactive white board anywhere in the school during our STEM projects.
