Interactive Activities for Our Busy Brains and Bodies!
My students need activities for our interactive board and computers.
Wow! Technology is great, we love our interactive board, but we need ready to go activities that are fun.
My students are struggling, some wonder if their basic needs will be met for the day.
We are a Title 1 school; the majority of the students receive free lunch. The students have many obstacles in their lives, some of which I can hardly fathom. They come from homes where English is hardly spoken. They show up every day ready to learn. I have very high expectations for them; they meet and exceed the bar I set. I push them and their families to achieve academic excellence.
I have requested Space Sort! Students race against the clock to load special deliveries onto alien spaceshipsâ¦as they play fun-filled games that build essential language skills! Each interactive word game provides fast-paced practice in a specific skill areaâÂÂ"complete with animated aliens & out-of-this-world sound effects. I have also requested Sort, Match & Compare Vocabulary! Children practice sorting at a magic show, match objects at the beach, compare sizes at the circus and more! The set includes 4 interactive software titles, each with 3 games designed to promote language development and encourage logical thinking. spaceships
Technology is here and we need to use it.
The two sets of games will help my ELL students gain a better understanding of the English language. Best of all, each game has tons of features to keep children super-engaged as they play: ÂÂ"like fun animation and silly sound effects, plus fascinating characters that guide students along every step of the way.
