My Students

This is a crazy year, isn't it? My school is in South Deerfield, MA. We are doing a hybrid model of school, where we will be in four of the five days.

This winter, I am looking for ways for my students to get comfortable in the classroom (besides being always at desks) where they can create art while researching, reading about, and writing about various animals and their habitats.

My Project

Students will be able to use these materials to explore different art mediums while researching, reading about, and writing about different animals and their habitats. We are planning a very exciting unit soon, yet finding ourselves lacking a few key materials. I also want to give my students an opportunity to create, write, and read at different places besides their desks. With COVID being so prevalent, students need to move far away from each other to work. These big artboards will give them that opportunity. Thank you for helping to fund this project!
