Students from more than 20 countries make up this FUN classroom! Not your ordinary class, my students are your future chefs! If you chose to help us, you will be helping the future leaders of restaurants worldwide! Instant pots are nothing new, they are just packaged differently than the old fashioned pressure cookers. This revolving technology will help student learn the prepare meals in shorter time that can be served quickly both in class and in restaurants.
We work alongside the horticulture program to grow our own foods, harvest and prepare dishes in our class which will be prepared in the instant pots.
An assortment of herbs, lettuce and other vegetables grow in our classroom and garden, just outside our classroom (when it’s warm enough!).
We not only prepare food for ourselves but we also cater functions in our school! One of our favorites is pictured in our photo. Donors are welcome to come and visit and if we know ahead of time, lunch will be ready when you arrive!
My Project
We are a group of high school culinary arts students learning to work in the industry. Pressure cookers are used in commercial kitchen and the Instant Pot of today is much easier to use than those our Grandmothers used. Remember the hissing sounds coming from the kitchen? No more - we will be able to prepare a full meal in a matter of minutes with our instant pot. Thank you for choosing to support our program!

We collaborate with the Horticulture program to bring fresh ingredients to our class so we try to prepare what is in stock at the time. From lettuce to kale, you never know what will be on your plate!
