Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I am happy to introduce you to a wonderful group of 4 year olds that live in the inner city. The class is made up of mostly girls and 2 special needs children. These children are eager to learn!

The Shining Stars can not wait to get their hands on something new, so they can explore.

They are learning how to listen, take turns, see the value in others, and cooperate with their peers and adults to complete a task.

My Project

Managing a pre-k class that is full of energy is a Dynamic challenge. Things are constantly changing. The students can not wait to see what you bring out next to enhance their learning.

They need different materials to learn about the concepts of letters, letter sounds and blending, and in science they are learning how things work in the world around them.

Affording them these materials will help keep them engaged and eager to learn new things. As they learn, they will share what they have learned with others. They will also develope their communication skills that will be used throughout their educational experience.
