My Project

PVS is a Title I School. Our goal is to give these students the desire, capability, and resources to achieve their dreams. Kindergarten is foundational in that learning to read well embarks students on a life long journey of learning. Reading, writing, and building are all necessary components of a well-rounded Kindergarten foundational program.

Moreover, it is exciting to watch a child discover the treasures of read-alouds and the discovery that they can also begin to read from these treasures we call

books.

Further, the child also discovers that they can now write a book! This is the legacy that begins in Kindergarten.
