My kindergarten students are full of energy and are excited to learn new topics every day when they come into the classroom. They are learning how to become independent individuals and take great pride in their classroom environment and belongings.
My kindergarten class consists of 25-students where they come from different backgrounds and households.
I am excited to continue learning throughout the rest of the school year and hope you can help me by being a part of my classroom success!
My Project
It’s no secret that the number of STEM jobs is expected to grow rapidly over the next few decades. My students already love discovering things about the world and the materials I am requesting will help make that happen. I want my students to be prepared for their future as much as possible!
To make sure my students are continuing to step in the right direction, they need the best hands-on learning opportunities that will encourage them to solve 21st century real-world problems.
Every day, I include STEM activities into my students schedule and boy do they love hearing "It's STEM time!" STEM activities have become such a hit in my classroom that I have turned into an after school club as well. As a result, I need more age-appropriate STEM activities that are project-based and encourage collaborative problem solving for my Kindergartners as well as my club students. This donation will change my students' lives for the better because these STEM activities will serve as an educational foundation that will blossom into a love of learning that starts at an early age and into adulthood.
