Hello, I teach at Toledo Public Schools. I have a special education class. They are high school graders but mostly lower leveled learners. They are so kind and sweet and love coming to school. Being in an inner city, there are limited funds and opportunities for my students.
The students here are amazing!
Both my students and I are new to the school/position this year. They are all freshmen and this is my first year teaching in this position.
My Project
I want to have a reward system in my classroom for behavior and motivation. I am starting from scratch in a new class and want to have educational games for my students. The students can have fun and learn at the same time.
I really want to make this a reward that students will love.
I want to make it like a Friday reward but the students do not need to know it has educational real life skills. It will help them in their everyday life. I picked games like allowance and money matching to help them in their life and with skills they will need.
