Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We all know that the beginning of the school year is a little busy. This year is especially busy for me as I enter my first year into teaching! I’m very excited however, these past few days have also been a little tense. With many staff members trying to get ready for the first day of school our printers are extremely busy and frequently jam. The purpose of this project is a classroom printer which would allow me to have all the student work-ready without having to worry about the printer jamming in the middle of a job. This printer will benefit 29 bodies; 28 students and myself. We will be extremely thankful if we are able to get a classroom printer.
My Project
I recently posted a project consisting of a printer for my classroom and 1 ink cartridge. These two items are essential for my classroom. With many other teachers printing and my computer frequently refusing to print, these items are greatly needed. With a printer, my students, our future leaders, will have all their worksheets ready in time. Being the only teacher in the classroom also makes it difficult to run and make an extra copy if needed. With that being said, ink cartridges will also be needed in order to keep the printer running. By donating to this project you are helping me give my students the best education I can. No excuses to not have the copies ready for them.
