My Students

These days we use technology every day in our lives. Since school is a tool to prepare children for the lives ahead of them, I feel that technology should be a part of their everyday lives as well.

My kids show up up each day with bright smiles and eyes that are thirsty for knowledge.

They are ready to learn and excited to be at school each and every day. The kids in our class come from many different backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. However, talking to the kids, you would have no idea. They all love each other, take care of each other, and take care of me.

My Project

My goal is to get my kids using technology on a daily basis. My students need computers, four Chromebooks with OS Chrome Management Console licenses. They can use them to research, play math games, read books, and use safe search to read about things that interest them. The opportunities are endless. They will use the technology to enrich our reading writing and math curriculum. We will also be able to use it to differentiate instruction based on what each individual child needs.

This project will help to infuse our classroom with technology.

Technology is such a huge part of the world we live in today, these skills will help them achieve success later in life.
