My students need various indoor and outdoor PE supplies, such as bean bags, bases, and a parachute canopy, to make their classes challenging yet fun.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
In this overweight society, I strive to get my kids physically in shape by hard work and hard play! Help me make PE fun for these kids!
I am currently teaching at a very diverse Montessori school in California.
They are super competitive and know a lot about teamwork. The grades I teach range from a very young first year students (who didn't even know what PE was) to an extremely mature sixth grade class (who need to be challenged physically).
My Project
I have requested rubber baseball bases, dodge balls, a huge activity parachute, and beanbags. I am hoping that with these materials I will be able to teach my younger students the fundamentals of some basic sports activities. By applying the rules of kickball (using the balls and bases) to their classes, they will better understand America's pastime, Baseball. The parachute will allow me to make PE more fun for the younger students (I have tons of parachute game ideas!) I would also get rid of the hard rubber balls with the new foam dodge balls, making my class a lot safer :)
I hope that you understand the importance of Physical Education.
In a society that promotes fast food and unhealthy life styles, I will try to get my students physically in shape and encourage them to understand the importance to comradery among their classmates.
