Individual Art Supplies (Can't Share in COVID Times)
Help me give my students art supplies: acrylic paints and canvases, pens for line drawing, rulers, scissors, and composition books used for sketch books!
Great kids need great opportunities to express themselves! I teach ART to over 100 7th grade students - a very diverse mix in a Title I school. Many of my creative and hard-working students have a low socioeconomic status and cannot afford art supplies. I want to provide them with plenty of supplies and tools to express themselves and so that they feel accomplished artistically!
In the time of COVID, we are not sharing class sets of art supplies.
Many of my students cannot afford the "extras" beyond basic pencil and paper. Please help my kids obtain their own private stash of glue, scissors, rulers, colored markers, paint, canvases, etc. They will keep their supplies in a gallon-size zip lock bag in their backpack, so that they (and I) will have peace of mind that only they are touching their supplies.

My Project
My seventh grade students are incredible! They are artistic and creative! As a teacher, normally I would use class sets of materials for kids who could not afford to purchase their own supplies. I can't do this with COVID!
