Our school is located in an urban area where all students receive a free lunch. Many of the children do not have access to basic school supplies. The children are inspired with a curiosity to learn and succeed. We are a kindergarten through sixth grade school.

We have a very limited budget at our school with limited or no supplies. Many things I have to buy myself and I need help.
My Project
This project will help all students to create an individual activity journal. Each binder will be filled with mathematical and reading activities to support the curriculum. The activities will be placed in plastic sleeves so the students can write on the plastic sleeve with dry erase markers and then they will be able to erase and reuse the sheet. The activities are open ended so each journal would be a custom fit for each student. This project will help meet the needs of all learners. Students will be able to work at their own pace and be able to take responsibility for their learning!
