Increase the Cardio Fun for Everyone

Help me give my students hopper bounce balls to increase the fun and cardio.

My Project

The gym is my place to let the kids have fun and increase their cardio with hopper balls that are instant fun and cardio all in one.

The students will use the hopper balls to stretch their bodies, strengthen their core, and increase their cardio by bouncing around the gym in a non-traditional way to create movement.

I introduced a few of the hopper balls in the past, and the fun was enormous and the heavy breathing and sweating matched. My goal is to show the students different methods in which cardio health can be increased.

I like to have different competitions such as relay matches or a sit up contest with the hopper balls within the classes and math problems are answered while movement is created. The amount of competitors will be able to be increased with the addition of more hopper balls.

The snacks are a great reward that is used not at the end of each class but once a specific movement goal has been reached, such as furthest distance traveled by bouncing on the ball or most sit ups completed using the hopper ball.
