Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Every year at GEHS we hold a holiday door decorating competition. Each year, my advisory does not lack creativity but rather, resources to accomplish their ideas.
With these materials, we will be able to create an inclusive and creative holiday festival space.
My advisees this year are particularly creative and artistically inclined, so I want to provide them with the resources they need to reach their creative potential. With these project materials, my students will be able to bring their ideas to life. These resources are mainly art and crafting material that I am missing in my classroom.
