This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting more flexible seating for my students. They love the cushions that were gifted to me, but there is not enough cushions and flexible seating for my students when they are done with their work. I also need sensory items to keep certain students on track. For birthdays and celebrations, I allow them to pick out stickers to put on their Chromebooks and water bottles. This has been a HUGE hit this year. Something as small as stickers make them feel important and seen. They are also grateful and happy when I give them gifts to show that I care.
