My students need a classroom rug big enough to fit All of my kindergarten students.
My students are Spanish speaking kindergartners in a bilingual classroom. These students coming to Kindergarten are always eager to learn throughout the entire school day! Their full of imagination, questions and ENERGY. The school is a low income public school in Illinois. With the largest demographic being Hispanic. 95% of the students at the school are low income.
Let me tell you that every school year my kindergarten students love learning and playing on the classroom carpet.
Its a special place in the classroom.
In kindergarten most of our day and our meeting area is on the classroom rug. Having 30 and sometimes 30 plus students, is hard to fit them all in a carpet. This classroom carpet seats 30 students with enough space for each student to "breath". In past school years, some of my students had to sit on the floor or would rather sit on the floor. Instead of being squished on our small classroom rug. If my classroom receives this rug, my students would be able to comfortably sit and enjoy learning.
I need help with providing my kindergarten students with a place on the classroom rug for each and every one of them.
