My Students

We love to learn and be creative! We are a diverse group of students from different backgrounds and cultures. Together, we create a learning environment that is accepting, caring, creative and educational. We see each other as individuals with special talents and things to offer. All of my students are hard-workers and understand the importance of doing their best in everything. They are thoughtful and empathetic and enjoy applying what they learn within the school and the community.

My Project

Please help our classroom be more comfy! Our classroom currently has dull, worn out carpet that has been around for decades. A nice comfy rug to sit on as a class will brighten each lesson a little more. It will provide a structured area that will facilitate daily routines, encourage cooperative behavior, and provide for flexible seating options. The rug selected is also full of information on various continents and cultures around the world. The students will love looking at all the details! In addition, as a teacher, I am also more comfortable knowing my students will be sitting and lying down on a nice clean carpet.
