Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am looking to create a homeroom that inspires and encourages readers. I teach 1st graders that read at an early, middle, and advance levels. Being able to offer a variety of books, as well as a few extra reading tools like visuals and games would make reading a lot more fun. It would also be super cool to give out prizes when scholars achieve a goal or improve their reading skills.

The most expensive items would be book bundles (lots of options for a group of 60) and the rolling desk.

Having a desk that can move around all day would be awesome!
