Help me give my students the ability to print in color! Everything looks better and feels better if it is colorful! Our first LEGO League projects, thank you cards and other creations will be more exciting in color!
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
The door to my classroom is the door to new and innovative experiences.
Students lovingly refer to my classroom as the "Think Tank".
I have been entrusted with the task of inspiring and growing future engineers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers, business men and women, innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, inventors, and ambassadors. I teach identified gifted, talented, and high ability students.
My classroom is "home" to many. We learn, we laugh, we cry, we collaborate, we celebrate, we disagree. We learn that failure is part of learning, that sometimes there is no right answer, and sometimes, someone else's best is better than yours.
Students learn that life is a team sport and everyone has something valuable to contribute!
My Project
We are in desperate need of a color printer! My students compete in several competitions during the year in which we need to print items for posters and display boards. They also write thank you letters, interesting essays, and create historical art projects.
Students use the computer to create exciting projects in color, only to have them printed in a disappointing shade of gray.
