Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A class without color. I teach Computer Applications to 9th grade students in a high-need community.

For the past two years, the computer lab has not had a color printer nor access to a one within the building. When completing basic formatting techniques and special projects, such as brochures or flyers, black and white output is the only option.

Having a color printer will enable the students to view their work as seen on the monitor. In addition, it will allow me to display my students' creativity as well as foster a sense of pride in their work.

Your help will ensure that my students see their work in a different light--"In Living Color."
