Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My third-grade students will build on their current academic and reading abilities with these helpful new reading opportunities. It is necessary that I can create a classroom environment that helps close educational gaps and make strides toward growth.

Having these new Spanish and English books that they can read on their own builds confidence and allows them to continue their journey as lifelong readers.

It is essential for students to have books at their independent reading levels to develop their existing skills. Our class library is growing little by little. This makes my students' literacy goals easier to achieve. I have also chosen science-related books, as they really attract my students' attention.
