My students need a class iPad for our music class for more technology integration to use in stations, with projects, and for better recording quality for their compositions.

My Students

My music classroom is a safe space for all students to let their creative juices flow while having fun! We learn music theory and master our repertoire and compose our own songs and perform them for the group. I have an inquisitive, creative, and diverse group of musical kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade. My 425+ students thrive while creating hands-on music-making experiences.

Seeing the whole school, I am able to help form a collaborative and supportive community where it is safe to take risks and try new things.

My Project

We would love to get an iPad for our music room to use in various student-led activities. We would use it in centers to provide differentiation and expansion on our lessons.

Every year, our fifth-grade students prepare for their capstone projects, which we present to the school.

This iPad will help us film on a green screen, edit our movies, and provide clear recordings of their songs.

We also are building a recording studio so that students can record the songs that they compose. The iPad would help provide clear recordings with balanced levels.

We have big dreams for our music and would be so grateful to have an iPad to help us achieve our dreams!
