My students need school supplies such as scissors, paper, whiteboard markers and glue to help get them started off right for the new year! Of course, Clorox wipes and tissues are also a must!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are English learners from a low socio-economic background. Many of them go home to families that are very busy from working several jobs to make ends meet. They don't always get an opportunity to tell about their day or what they would like to do.
My students are in need of classroom materials to help them start the year off right!
I try very hard to provide all the materials for the kids in my class that they will need to be a successful second grader!
My Project
These scissors, paper, whiteboard markers, glue, Clorox wipes, and tissues will make it possible for my students to learn! They will have the supplies they need to complete assignments and because I will be supplying everything for their school year, their parents will have more money for healthy food and weather appropriate clothing purchases. To also eliminate children being made fun of for bringing in crayons that don't work or for not being able to keep up their glue supplies in their supply box, I will be able to provide all the same materials for everyone. This also allows for the parents to have money for supplies like pencils at home that the children need to complete their homework assignments.
