My Students

Even though most of my students are considered at risk for failing or dropping out, they are also hard working, outgoing, and ambitious! These students have many obstacles they face daily, but their drive and determination to succeed far outweighs any of those obstacles.

My Project

All of the items in my Donors Choose Project will provide my students with a more flexible learning environment to make learning a lot more enjoyable. I want all of my students to have access to a care-free, relaxing environment so they can focus on their school work. The calculators will be used by my students as they work on assignments in my class.

By having at risk students in my classroom brings many obstacles and by making my classroom a more relaxing, enjoyable environment it is my hope to help alleviate some of those obstacles that my students may be facing in their traditional classrooms.
