Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth graders are so awesome! It is amazing to see how much technology has changed in the past few years, and yet, my students keep up with it better than most adults two to three times their age. My students come from lower socioeconomic means than some of their peer counterparts across the country, but this does not stop their want to learn, nor should it.

Even with less resources, my students know so much about the tech world, but I want to give them more to level the playing field with students in other areas of this city and country.

Every student should have the ability to succeed, but not every school has the resources to make that possible.

These wireless mice devices for laptops would enable seamless transitions for my students that would allow more workspace to aid in their daily needs. Their desks wouldn't be covered in wires, and they could concentrate better on the screens and work in front of them.
