My students need mini iPads to do STEM projects, to work on reading and math fluency and to help build strong foundations in core subjects!

My Students

I proudly teach first grade in a very small, rural school. My students love coming to school every day. They are excited, eager to learn, creative, motivated and hard workers who always do their very best!

My students deserve the same opportunities that bigger districts provide with more money to reach their own goals.

Supplying my students with the necessary educational tools is a critical step towards their success. I want my students to leave first grade with a strong literacy foundation as well as be creative and critical thinkers.

My Project

Technology is our kids' future! We must provide it in their hands now and give them as many opportunities to acquire and develop skills. iCan With Mini iPad's will allow my students more opportunities to use technology while becoming critical thinkers during STEM lessons, and also let them have access to reading resources such as Epic to read books and develop comprehension and fluency. Students will also be able to work on math fluency and practice key concepts.

Please help me provide the next generation of leaders with the tools to problem solve what hasn't been identified today, develop a strong mathematical and literacy foundation and be life long learners.
