My Students
The students in my classroom differ in many different ways and I love to see the diversity in my classroom. My favorite part is when they come together to form a classroom community, where they feel safe and comfortable.
I want to give my students an authentic environment for them to create and learn in.
I want to integrate science, reading, and math into their lives to get them excited about learning! My students crave these experiences and don’t always get them due to the area that we live in.
My Project
When I ask my students about what they want to be when they grow up, they often talk about something related to video games. They want to be program designers and lots of other STEM careers. However, not all of my students will have exposure to this on their own. I want to get a few Ozobots for my classroom in order to bring a different experience within the classroom. It will allow the students to design and create in a way that they never have. I want to bring excitement to the classroom and their lives. I think Ozobots will provide me with this opportunity.
