My Students

I teach Preschool to 20 precious students who love school and are excited about learning.

My students come from a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and socioeconomic situations. The majority of my students receive free or reduced lunch. My students have different needs that I work hard to meet every day to ensure each child succeeds.

My Project

To keep up with our ever-changing world of technology, my students need more iPad’s to use within the classroom. Although my classroom is equipped with some IPads, the amount of students that can use them are limited because we only have a few. My students learn best with hands-on, real world experiences. We love to take pictures of our work to share with our family, friends, and visitors that come to our classroom. We use IPads during center time and work time to practice writing letters, numbers, shapes, etc.

By having an IPad, they can take their learning anywhere within the walls of my classroom.

It is easy to use with just the touch of a finger and they can explore a whole new world of learning from listening to books, practicing numbers to learning how to make videos and take pictures to show their work and learning. With an IPad and case, my students will be able to not only learn valuable technology skills necessary to today's world, but they will also have fun learning through various educational apps and games.
