Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As I begin this project, I am reminded of just how much my students love to express themselves through art, illustrations, and journal writing. Please help fund our project so that my amazing 1st grade students may better express themselves through their interactive journal and art projects.

With the use of a variety of expressive interactive journal supplies including colored pencil sharpeners, bright paper, and individual paint sets, students will be able to let their creativity flow!

I am asking for the flexible seating chairs to encourage partner reading. My students love to read to each other and I believe that comfortable, cozy chairs will add to the pure enjoyment of reading!
